On the 30th of June 2026, the Global Consitution Team traveled to Antwerp to attend the EADI European Association of Development Research and Training Institutes conference, on Shaping Sustainable Futures: Global Challenges, (G)local Solutions?

At the Dudley Seers lecture facilitated by the inspiring David Van Reybrouck, Joyeeta Gupta gave an extensive and empowering talk, sharing how a Global Constitution can be the bridge between global policy-making and local solutions. There, they explore fundamental questions around justice, rights, responsibilities, sustainability and governance in an increasingly interconnected world.
