Human Rights?

Ok, I’m writing a report on how China is violating Tibet’s religious rights. Would article 18 apply to what I’m writing about?
article 18: Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.
This article is from the declaration of human rights. Go to un.org, click on human rights, then declaration of human rights. I have to base it off one of those rights.

  1. Global Constitution

Sounds to me that it’s pretty self explanatory. The 11th word says it all.
