should human rights be limited because of a national crisis? Why?
Is it acceptable for a gov’t to use a national crisis as a reason to limit rights?

Ok, I’m writing a report on how China is violating Tibet’s religious rights. Would article 18 apply to what I’m writing about?
article 18: Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.
This article is from the declaration of human rights. Go to
un.org, click on human rights, then declaration of human rights. I have to base it off one of those rights.

I’m writing a paper on why rules against students using the restroom during class are unfair. My three reasons: rules against students doing so are unfair to those who would not cause trouble, could lead to health complications, and are violating human rights. However, I’ve done a lot of research and cannot find exactly what the human rights are. Thanks in advance for your help.
